Legends of Shenzhou at PGX
This past weekend, we had the incredible opportunity to attend PGX, and what an experience it was! While we didn't have an official booth, we couldn’t resist bringing Legends of Shenzhou along to share it with fellow board game enthusiasts. The response was beyond what we expected, and we’re excited to recap some of the highlights from the event.
Sharing the Game We Love
As attendees, we embraced the informal atmosphere and dove into multiple playthroughs of Legends of Shenzhou. It was so rewarding to see players dive into the strategy, explore the lore, and get fully immersed in the world we’ve worked so hard to create. Watching everyone’s reactions and hearing their thoughts gave us invaluable feedback that will help us continue refining the game as we move closer to our full launch.
Meeting Fellow Gamers and Creators
Conferences like this are always a fantastic way to connect with the community, and this year was no different. We met so many amazing people—fellow players, designers, and even other developers working on their own exciting projects. Each conversation reminded us of why we love this industry: the passion, creativity, and sense of camaraderie that come from people who truly love games.
Player Feedback
One of the best parts of the event was hearing real-time feedback from those who played Legends of Shenzhou. Whether it was about the mechanics, the artwork, or the unique elements of our gameplay, we left the conference feeling both inspired and energized to keep pushing forward. We can’t wait to implement some of the great suggestions we received and further refine the experience for everyone.
